Restore 24
Happy New Year friends!
We are working on a super exciting, inclusive and FUN project for you guys. We just finished taping a couple of videos about Restore 24. Restore 24 is a city-wide effort to help you, the people of Fort Worth be and do better together. It’s been a rough few years with Covid and some of us literally DO NOT remember how to socialize and join together in community anymore (as an introvert, I feel this in my soul). Several small businesses are banding together to offer you helpful content that could change your life! Lemme give you a couple of examples: we have a meditation guru, a person who practices Reiki healing and sound baths, and wellness experts who can help you with your hormones, supplements and even Botox!
Obviously the new year causes us to think about ways that we could improve our lives and this is the perfect vehicle to do that! Not only will we give helpful videos every month, but also plan to have events where we can all meet each other and support our efforts together.
